Years have passed since the great war against Voldemort, many years actually. The ministry having lost all faith in the Hogwarts school has decided to open an entirely new school for young witches and wizards to attend at their choosing. Withall Wizarding Academy opened it's doors in 2001 and offers students a similar education that they would receive at Hogwarts.
Withall also offers the opportunity go beyond their seventh year and continue their education well into what would be a university degree in a field of their choosing. A council of five headmasters helps the flow of the community and school to keep things running smoothly and to make sure the powers are not unbalanced, as they were at Hogwarts before in the opinion of the ministry..
It has now been ten years since Withall opened it's doors and they're celebrating in style. An inter house challenge. Each house will put forward a competitor from the 4th year through to the seventh to compete in a competition that is being compared to the Triwizard Tournament. The children will compete in a series of challenges designed to test their Willpower, intelligence, courage, creativity and so forth.
The school are taking all precautions to avoid injuries or worse to the students, although accidents do happen. Nonetheless, the tournament has the full support of the ministry, all though their are some neigh sayers, even within the school.
Despite all their efforts, someone is looking to ruin the school's fun. Someone is planning to sabotage each and every event and cause as much disruption as possible. Is it a parent, hoping to prove the games unsafe and cancel any future attempts? A disgruntled ministry worker? A surviving Death Eater? One of the professors? or even a student?
Only time we will tell as THE WEBS WE WEAVE. spin out beyond our control.
